Step 1) Take and pass the USCCA CFI Course, successfully.

Step 2) Apply with TXDPS, pay the fee and fill out a form LTC90.

Step 3) Apply for Fingerprints, use code 119Q91

Step 4) Turn in fingerprints receipt, USCCA CFI Cert, Form LTC90, and if you have your LTC send in a copy of it along with your DD214 if you are military.
